The Aachen District Court considered applicants’ challenges to resolutions of a condominium owners’ meeting. It declared invalid the resolution appointing L as administrator for the period from 1 to 26 June 2001 and rejected the applicants’ remaining requests. Tenor

Der in der Eigentümerversammlung vom 26.06.2001 unter Tagesordnungspunkt 16 gefasste Beschluss über die Bestellung des Herrn L zum Verwalter für den Zeitraum vom 01.06.2001 bis 26.06.2001 wird für ungültig erklärt.

Die übrigen Anträge der Antragsteller werden zurückgewiesen.

Die Antragsteller tragen 89 % der Gerichtskosten des Verfahrens, die restlichen Gerichtskosten des Verfahrens tragen die Antragsgegner. Eine Erstattung außergerichtlicher Kosten der Verfahrensbeteiligten findet nicht statt.

Der Geschäftswert wird auf 5.600,00 Euro festgesetzt.
