Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Kläger 142,41 Euro nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 24.07.2002 zu zahlen. Im übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Kläger zu 71 %, die Beklagten zu 29 %.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
