Den Schuldnern wird zur Erfüllung ihrer Räumungsverpflichtung aus dem vor dem LG B am 14. März 2003 - 5 S 287/02 = AG B 10 C 194/02 - geschlossenen Vergleich eine Räumungsfrist bis zum 31. Dezember 2003 bewilligt.

Der Gläubiger hat die Kosten des Verfahrens zu tragen.
