In a first-instance family court judgment, the Aachen District Court ordered the defendant to pay the plaintiff €500 plus interest at 5% above the base rate. Tenor

Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 500,-- Euro nebst 5 % Zinsen über dem Basiszinssatz der Landeszentralbank zu zahlen.

Die weitergehende Klage wird abgewiesen.

Von den Kosten des Rechtstreits tragen die Klägerin 2/3 und der Beklagte 1/3.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Der Beklagte darf die Vollstreckung gegen Sicherheitsleistung von 110 % des beizutreibenden Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht die klägerin vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit ingleicher Höhe leistet.
