Auf die Erinnerung des Beklagten und Widerklägers wird der Kostenansatz vom 05.02.2004 insoweit aufgehoben, als dort zu Lasten des Beklagten und Widerklägers eine 3-fache Gebühr nach KV 1210 angesetzt wurde und der Ermäßigungstatbestand der KV 1211 auf eine Gebühr nicht angewandt wurde.
