In an investigation into suspected drunk driving, the prosecution applied on 7 February 2007 for provisional withdrawal of the accused’s driving licence. Aachen District Court refused the application. As a consequence, it lifted the seizure of the driving licence and ordered that it be returned to the accused.

In dem Ermittlungsverfahren

wegen Verdachts der Trunkenheitsfahrt

wird der Antrag der Staatsanwaltschaft vom 07.02.2007 auf vorläufige Entziehung der Fahrerlaubnis des Beschuldigten

a C g e l e h n t .

Damit wird auch die Beschlagnahme des Führerscheins des Beschuldigten aufgehoben. Dieser ist an den Beschuldigten herauszugeben.
