Tenor
Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 665,00 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von fünf Pro-zentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 21.11.2007 zu zahlen.
Die Beklagte wird weiter verurteilt, an die Klä-gerin vorgerichtlich entstandene Rechtsan-waltsgebühren in Höhe von 120,67 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 18.01.2008 zu zahlen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits hat die Beklagte zu tragen.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Be-klagte kann die Vollstreckung durch Sicher-heitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des aufgrund des Urteils vollstreckbaren Betrags abwenden, wenn nicht die Klägerin zuvor Sicherheit in Hö-he von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrags leistet.
