Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 1.002,24 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 16.02.2008 zu bezahlen.
Die Beklagte wird weiter verurteilt, an die Klägerin 155,30 € zuzüglich Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 25.07.2008 zu bezahlen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreites trägt die Beklagte.
Dieses Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Beklagte kann jedoch die Vollstreckung gegen sich durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des aufgrund dieses Urteils gegen sie vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht die Klägerin vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
