Tenor

Das Versäumnisurteil des Amtsgerichts Aachen vom 20.03.2013 wird aufgehoben.

Die Klage wird abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Klägerin, mit Ausnahme der Kosten der Säumnis der Beklagte, welche zum Erlass des Versäumnisurteils geführt hat. Diese Kosten trägt die Beklagte.

Dieses Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Die Parteien können jedoch die Vollstreckung gegen sich durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des aufgrund dieses Urteils gegen sie vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht die jeweils andere Partei vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
