The defendant applied on 9 September 2014 to stay the case. The Aachen Local Court granted the request under a corresponding application of § 148 ZPO, suspending the proceedings until a final decision on the value assessment relevant to attorney fees in the partition foreclosure proceedings between the defendant and Wagner (Aachen Local Court, 18 K 188/13). The parties were directed to notify the court without delay when the reason for the stay ceases.

Tenor

wird das Verfahren auf Antrag der Beklagten mit Schriftsatz vom 09.09.2014 in entsprechender Anwendung des § 148 ZPO bis zur rechtskräftigen Entscheidung über die Wertfestsetzung in Bezug auf die Anwaltsgebühren in dem Teilungszwangsversteigerungsverfahren Bek ./. Wagner (Amtsgericht Aachen; Aktenzeichen 18 K 188/13) ausgesetzt.

Den Parteien wird aufgegeben, dem Gericht den Wegfall des Aussetzungsgrundes unverzüglich mitzuteilen.
