In this first-instance civil judgment, the District Court of Aachen ordered the defendant to pay the plaintiffs €2,300.15, together with interest on specified instalments and an amount, subject to a €517.93 credit. Tenor

Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Kläger 2.300,15 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz aus jeweils 149,95 €seit dem 04.11.2011, 06.12.2011, 05.01.2012, 06.02.2012, 06.03.2012, 05.04.2012, 04.05.2012, 06.06.2012, 05.07.2012, 06.08.2012, 06.09.2012, 04.10.2012, 06.11.2012, 06.12.2012, 04.01.2013 und aus 50,90 € seit dem 04.01.2013 abzüglich per 14.09.2013 zu verrechnender 517,93 € zu zahlen.

Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Kläger vorgerichtliche Rechtsverfolgungskosten von 383,66 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 05.06.2013 zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen ist der Rechtsstreit in der Hauptsache erledigt.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt der Beklagte.

Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 120 % des vollstreckbaren Betrages vorläufig vollstreckbar.
