Tenor

Die Jugendlichen sind des gemeinsamen Diebstahls in 2 Fällen schuldig.

Bzgl. J. wird auf eine Jugendstrafe von 6 Monaten erkannt, deren Vollstreckung auf die Dauer von 2 Jahren auf Bewährung ausgesetzt wird.

Es wird bzgl. E. auf eine Verwarnung erkannt.

Der Jugendliche E. wird angewiesen, nach Weisung der Jugendgerichtshilfe an dem nächsten Eigentumsinformationsseminar teilzunehmen.

Dem Jugendliche E. wird auferlegt, nach Weisung der Jugendgerichtshilfe unverzüglich 50 Sozialstunden abzuleisten, wöchentlich nach Rechtskraft des Urteils mindestens 5 Stunden.

Die Staatskasse trägt die Kosten des Verfahrens. Auslagen werden nicht erstattet.
