Die Antragsgegnerin wird verpflichtet, an den Antragsteller 128,36 EUR (in Worten: einhundertachtundzwanzig Euro und sechsunddreißig Cent) nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 22.04.2017 zu zahlen.
