The Aachen District Court ruled on the planned travel of children S and H to B/Nigeria from 23 December 2019 to 4 January 2020. It transferred to the respondent alone the decision whether to undertake the trip. If he chooses to travel, he must ensure the children are transported safely to his home area and back to the airport, avoid currently dangerous locations, and provide supervision. Tenor

Dem Antragsgegner wird die Entscheidung betreffend die Durchführung der Reise der Kinder S, geb. am 17.11.2010 und H, geb. am 18.04.2014, in der Zeit vom 23.12.2019 bis zum 04.01.2020 nach B/Nigeria allein übertragen.

Dem Antragsgegner werden folgende Auflagen erteilt, falls er sich zur Durchführung der Reise entschließt:

 Sorge für den gesicherten Transport der Kinder bis zu seinem Heimatort und zurück zum Flughafen,

 Meiden aktuelle gefährlicher Örtlichkeiten

 Sicherstellung der Beaufsichtigung seiner Kinder.

Die Kosten des Verfahrens tragen die Beteiligten zu je ½. Außergerichtliche Kosten werden nicht erstattet.

Der Verfahrenswert wird auf 6.000,00 Euro festgesetzt.
