Tenor

Die Antragsgegnerin wird verpflichtet, der Löschung der im Grundbuch von K. (Amtsgericht Eschweiler) Bl. N01 eingetragenen beiden Grundschulden zu Nr. 1 (50.000 DM) sowie zu Nr. 3 (50.000 DM), jeweils zugunsten der Sparkasse C., zuzustimmen.

Die Antragsgegnerin trägt die Kosten des Verfahrens.
