Tenor

Der Angeklagte wird wegen fahrlässiger Tötung in Tateinheit mit fahrlässiger Körperverletzung in drei Fällen in Tateinheit mit vorsätzlicher Gefährdung des Straßenverkehrs zu einer Freiheitsstrafe von 1 Jahr und 3 Monaten verurteilt.Dem Angeklagten wird die Fahrerlaubnis entzogen. Der Führerschein des Angeklagten wird eingezogen. Die Verwaltungsbehörde darf ihm vor Ablauf von vier Jahren keine neue Fahrerlaubnis erteilen.

Der Angeklagte trägt die Kosten des Verfahrens sowie seine eigenen notwendigen Auslagen. Der Angeklagte hat zudem die notwendigen Auslagen der Nebenkläger zu tragen.
