für Recht er¬kannt:

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 487,63 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 10.04.2009 zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden zu 1/4 der Klägerin und zu 3/4 der Beklagten auferlegt. Das gilt nicht für die durch das Gutachten des Sachverständigen G. vom 27.11.2009 verursachten Kosten, die der Beklagten auferlegt werden.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
