Tenor

Die Klage wird abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt der Kläger.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Dem Kläger wird nachgelassen, die Zwangsvollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages abzuwenden, wenn nicht der Beklagte vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.

Die Sicherheit kann auch durch unbedingte, unbefristete und selbstschuldnerische Bürgschaft eines als Zoll- und Steuerbürgen zugelassenen Kreditinstitutes erbracht werden.

Der Streitwert wird auf 3.300,00 € festgesetzt.
