Tenor

Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, die im Haus A. in C., gelegene Erdgeschoßwohnung, Nr. 1 rechts, drei Zimmer, Küche, Bad, Kellerraum zu räumen und an die Klägerin herauszugeben.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden dem Beklagten auferlegt.
