In this first-instance civil action, Bielefeld Local Court ordered the defendant to pay the plaintiff EUR 400, with interest at five percentage points above the base rate. Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger einen Betrag in Höhe von 400,00 EUR nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz, aus einem Teilbetrag in Höhe von 5,00 EUR seit dem 01.07.2017 und aus einem Teilbetrag in Höhe von 395,00 EUR seit dem 25.07.2017 zu zahlen.
Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
Von den Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen der Kläger 25 % und die Beklagte 75 %.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
