Tenor

In der Strafsache gegen X

wird der Angeklagte wegen Nötigung zu einer Geldstrafe von 40 Tagessätzen zu je 30 EUR verurteilt. Dem Angeklagten wird gestattet, die Geldstrafe in monatlichen Raten zu jeweils 100 EUR zu zahlen, beginnend mit dem auf die Rechtskraft des Urteils folgenden Monat, jeweils zum 3. eines jeden Monats. Die Vergünstigung entfällt, wenn eine Rate nicht rechtzeitig gezahlt wird.

Dem Angeklagten wird für die Dauer von einem Monat verboten, im öffentlichen Straßenverkehr Fahrzeuge jeder Art zu führen.

Der Angeklagte trägt die Kosten des Verfahrens und seine eigenen notwendigen Auslagen.

Angewendete Vorschriften: 240 Abs. 1, 2; 44 StGB.
