Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 181,87 Euro nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 27.06.2013 zu zahlen.
Die Beklagte wird weiterhin verurteilt, an die Klägerin 48,10 Euro an vorgerichtlichen Rechtsverfolgungskosten nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 27.06.2013 zu zahlen.
Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
