The appellant challenged the security detention order issued on 11 May 2016. On 14 June 2016, Brühl Local Court partially granted relief by limiting deportation detention to a maximum endpoint of 6 July 2016. It rejected the appeal in all other respects and submitted the matter to Cologne Regional Court for a decision on the complaint.

Im Übrigen wird die Beschwerde zurückgewiesen. Die Sache wird dem Landgericht Köln als Beschwerdegericht zur Entscheidung vorgelegt.
