Tenor

Der Kostenfestsetzungsbeschluß vom 5.6.1990 (Aktenzeichen: 16 II 44/89) wird dahingehend abgeändert, daß die Antragsgegner nur verpflichtet sind, an die Antragsteller 639,30 DM zu zahlen.

Das Verfahren ist gerichtskostenfrei.
