Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Klägerin.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Die Klägerin kann die Vollstreckung gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 1.100,00 DM abwenden, wenn nicht die Beklagten vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leisten.
