Tenor

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägererin 600,00 DM nebst 8% Zinsen aus jeweils 60,00 DM seit dem 05.11., 05.12.1999 und dem 05.01., 05.02., 05.03., 05.04., 05.05., 05.06., 05.07. und 05.08.2000 zu zahlen.

Im übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Verfahrens werden der Klägerseite zu 58% und der Beklagtenseite zu 42% auferlegt.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
