Unter Aufhebung des Vollstreckungsbescheides vom ##.##.#### (Aktenzeichen ##-#######-#-# AG Hagen) wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Klägerin mit Ausnahme der Kosten der Säumnis, die der Beklagten auferlegt werden.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
