Bonn District Court set aside its interim order of 23 August 2005 and rejected the plaintiffs’ application for an interim injunction. It ordered the plaintiffs to bear the costs of the proceedings. The judgment is provisionally enforceable; the plaintiffs may avert enforcement by the defendants in respect of costs by providing security equal to 110% of the amount being enforced.

Tenor

Die einstweilige Verfügung vom 23.08.2005 wird aufgehoben. Der Antrag auf Erlass der einstweili-gen Verfügung wird zurückgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Kläger.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Den Klägern bleibt vorbehalten, die Vollstreckung seitens der Beklagten wegen der Kosten gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 Prozent des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages abzuwenden.
