  1. Die Klage wird abgewiesen.

  2. Die Kosten des Verfahrens tragen die Kläger.

  3. Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Kläger dürfen die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des auf Grund des Urteils vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht die Beklagte vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
