In this first-instance civil judgment, the Bonn Local Court ordered the defendant to pay the plaintiff EUR 2,500, with interest at eight percentage points above the base rate from 3 June 2009. It also ordered the defendant to release the plaintiff from a claim for EUR 229.30 in pre-litigation attorney fees. The remainder of the claim was dismissed, and the defendant was ordered to bear the costs of the proceedings. Tenor

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 2.500,- Euro nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 8 %-Punkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 03.06.2009 zu zahlen.

Die Beklagte wird weiter verurteilt, den Kläger von der Forderung seines

Bevollmächtigten über vorgerichtliche Rechtsanwaltskosten in Höhe von 229,30 Euro freizustellen.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Beklagte hat die Kosten des Rechtsstreits zu tragen.

Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistungen in Höhe von 10% über dem jeweils vollstreckbaren Betrag vorläufig vollstreckbar.
