Das Versäumnisurteil vom 16.4.2009 bleibt aufrecht erhalten.
Die weiteren Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden den Klägern auferlegt.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Den Klägern bleibt nachgelassen, die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des aufgrund des Urteils zu vollstreckenden Betrages abzuwenden, wenn nicht die Beklagte vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
