In dem Rechtsstreit

hat das Amtsgericht Bonn im vereinfachten Verfahren gemäß § 495a ZPO ohne mündliche Verhandlung am 28.06.2010 gemäß § 307 Satz 2 ZPO

für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 30,11 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 18.6.2010 zu zahlen.
