Tenor

Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, sein Wohnungseigentum im Haus D-T-Straße ## in C mit einem Miteigentumsanteil zu 122/10.000stel, verbunden mit dem Sondereigentum an der im I. Obergeschoss rechts gelegenen Wohnung, laut Teilungserklärung mit der Nummer 44, eingetragen im Grundbuch von E Bl. ####, sofort zu veräußern.

Der Beklagte trägt die Kosten des Rechtsstreits.

Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 60.000,00 € vorläufig vollstreckbar.
