The Bonn Local Court maintained the guardianship of P but discharged the existing guardian, N S, and appointed C I in his place. The new guardian’s duties cover health care and related financial and administrative matters, receipt of mail, financial affairs, and determining P’s residence. P requires the guardian’s consent for legal transactions within the financial-affairs remit. The court directed that it review the continuing need for guardianship no later than 7 September 2018. The decision took effect immediately.

wird die für den Betroffenen geführte Betreuung aufrechterhalten mit folgender

Maßgabe:

Der bisherige Betreuer Herr Rechtsanwalt N S, S1 Weg ##, ##### B wird aus diesem Amt entlassen. An seiner Stelle wird Herr Rechtsanwalt

C I, X 1, ##### C1 zum Betreuer bestellt.

Der Aufgabenkreis des Betreuers Rechtsanwalt- C I wird erweitert und umfasst jetzt insgesamt:

Gesundheitsfürsorge und damit zusammenhängende finanzielle und behördliche Angelegenheiten, Befugnis zum Empfang von Post, Vermögensangelegenheiten und Aufenthaltsbestimmungsrecht.

Herr P bedarf zur Wirksamkeit von Rechtsgeschäften in dem Bereich: Vermögensangelegenheiten, der Zustimmung des für solche Angelegenheiten bestellten Betreuers.

Das Gericht wird spätestens bis zum 07.09.2018 erneut prüfen, ob die Hilfe durch

Betreuung weiter erforderlich ist.

Diese Entscheidung ist sofort wirksam.
