Tenor

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger Euro 285,40 nebst Zinsen in Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 08.06.2011 zu zahlen.

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Kläger nicht anrechenbare vorgerichtliche Rechtsanwaltskosten in Höhe von Euro 19,50 nebst Zinsen in Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 23.09.2011 zu zahlen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits hat die Beklagte zu tragen.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
