The parents each sought to change the contact arrangements between M – T- M and the applicant. Following an oral hearing on 12 January 2012, Bonn Local Court rejected the parents’ modification applications and left the contact arrangements in their agreement of 14 October 2010 unchanged. The costs of the proceedings were set off against one another.

b e s c h l o s s e n:

Bezüglich der Umgangskontakte zwischen M – T- M, geboren am ##.##.#### und dem Antragsteller soll es bei den Regelungen der Elternvereinbarung vom 14.10.2010 vor dem Amtsgericht Bonn bleiben, die diesbezüglichen Abänderungsanträge der Kindeseltern werden jeweils zurückgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Verfahrens werden gegeneinander aufgehoben.
