Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger Euro 957,50 nebst Zinsen in Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 22.05.2012 zu zahlen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits hat die Beklagte zu tragen.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Beklagte kann die Vollstreckung durch den Kläger durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des zu vollstreckenden Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht der Kläger zuvor Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe geleistet hat.
