Tenor

Die Beklagte wird unter Abweisung der Klage im Übrigen verurteilt, an die Klägerin 1.300,99 Euro nebst Zinsen in Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 03.08.2012 zu zahlen und sie von außergerichtlichen Kosten ihrer Prozessbevollmächtigten in Höhe von 156,50 Euro nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 09.05.2013 freizustellen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Beklagte.

Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages vorläufig vollstreckbar.
