In this first-instance civil action, the Bonn Local Court ordered the defendant to pay the plaintiff EUR 629.24, plus interest at five percentage points above the applicable base rate from 17 June 2016. In dem Rechtsstreit

hat das Amtsgericht Bonn auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 02.03.2017

für Recht erkannt:

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 629,24 Euro nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 17.06.2016 zu zahlen. Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen der Kläger zu 27 Prozent und die Beklagte zu 73 Prozent.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Jede Partei kann die Zwangsvollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 Prozent des vollstreckbaren Betrags abwenden, wenn nicht die jeweils andere Partei vor der Zwangsvollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 110 Prozent des zu vollstreckenden Betrags leistet.
