Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 4.704,49 EUR nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 23.12.2017 zu zahlen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt der Beklagte. Hiervon ausgenommen sind die Kosten, die durch die Anrufung des unzuständigen AG Hamburg entstanden sind; diese trägt die Klägerin.
