Tenor

Gegen die Nebenbetroffene wird wegen einer bedingt vorsätzlichen Aufsichtspflichtverletzung im Zeitraum vom 03.09.2013 bis zum 18.09.2015 eine Geldbuße in Höhe von 200.000,00 EUR festgesetzt.

Die Kosten des Verfahrens und die notwendigen Auslagen der Nebenbetroffenen trägt diese selbst.
