Tenor

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 405,06 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz aus 300 € seit dem 20.12.2011 und aus 105,06 € seit dem 15.01.2014 zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden gegeneinander aufgehoben.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Die Berufung gegen dieses Urteil wird zugelassen.

Der Streitwert beträgt gem. §§ 3 - 5 ZPO bis 28.08.2014: 1000,00 €. Danach: 763,66 €.
