In a first-instance civil judgment, Bochum Local Court ordered the defendant to pay the plaintiff €966.99 and €147.56 in pre-litigation costs. Tenor

Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 966,99 € sowie vorgerichtliche Kosten in Höhe von 147,56 € jeweils nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz aus 966,99 € seit dem 04.07.2015 und aus 147,56 € seit dem 26.02.2016 zu zahlen.

Der Beklagte trägt die Kosten des Rechtsstreits.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Der Beklagte kann die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 Prozent des aufgrund des Urteils vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht die Klägerin vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 110 Prozent des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
