In this first-instance civil case, the District Court Bochum considered a plaintiff's claim for payment arising from a transport order dated 22 January 2018. Tenor

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 584,30 EUR Zug-um-Zug gegen Übersendung der unterzeichneten MiLoG-Erklärung im Original (Anlage 1 zum Transportauftrag mit der internen Nummer ###), welche dem Transportauftrag vom 22.01.2018 zu Grunde liegt, zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Klägerin.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
