Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 1.098,32 Euro nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 30.03.2012 zu zahlen.
Die weitergehende Klage wird abgewiesen.
Von den Kosten des Verfahrens tragen die Klägerin ¾ und die Beklagte ¼.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
