Tenor

Auf die Erinnerung des Antragstellers vom 30.09.2015 wird die Kostenrechnung der Oberjustizkasse Hamm vom 24.09.2015 – N01 – abgeändert. Für das vorliegende Ersuchen des Landwirtschaftsgerichts nach § 3 HöfeVfO, den Hofvermerk im Grundbuch zu löschen, sind Gebühren nach Nr. 15112 KV-GNotKG nach einem Geschäftswert von 3.579,04 Euro zu erheben.
