Tenor

I. Die Kostenentscheidung der Stadt Bottrop – Der Oberbürgermeister – vom 17.10.2017 wird auf den Antrag auf gerichtliche Entscheidung des Verteidigers des Betroffenen vom 09.11.2017 dahin abgeändert, dass die dem Betroffenen zu erstattenden notwendigen Auslagen auf EUR 541,55 festgesetzt werden.

Im Übrigen wird der Antrag auf gerichtliche Entscheidung als unbegründet zurückgewiesen.

II. Die Landeskasse hat die Kosten des Antrags einschließlich der notwendigen Auslagen des Betroffenen zu tragen.
