Tenor

Der Angeklagte P wird wegen gemeinschaftlichen Diebstahls in vier Fällen, wobei es sich in einem Fall um einen besonders schweren Fall handelt, unter Einbeziehung der Freiheitsstrafe aus dem Urteil des Amtsgerichts Coesfeld vom 25.11.2014 (3a Ds 81 Js ####/## – ###/##) und unter Auflösung der dort gebildeten Gesamtfreiheitsstrafe zu einer Gesamtfreiheitsstrafe von einem Jahr und sechs Monaten verurteilt.

Der Angeklagte G wird wegen Diebstahls und wegen gemeinschaftlichen Diebstahls im besonders schweren Fall sowie wegen Sachbeschädigung zu einer Gesamtfreiheitsstrafe von fünf Monaten verurteilt.

Die Vollstreckung der Strafen wird zur Bewährung ausgesetzt.

Die Angeklagten tragen die Kosten des Verfahrens sowie ihre notwendigen Auslagen.
