Tenor

Der Angeklagte wird wegen Betruges in zwei Fällen, davon in einem Fall in Tateinheit mit Urkundenfälschung, unter Einbeziehung der Strafe aus dem Urteil des Amtsgerichts Coesfeld vom 00.00.2000 (# a Ds – ## Js ####/## - ###/##) zu einer Gesamtfreiheitsstrafe von 1 Jahr und 4 Monaten verurteilt.

Die Vollstreckung der Strafe wird zur Bewährung ausgesetzt.

Der Angeklagte trägt die Kosten des Verfahrens sowie seine notwendigen Auslagen.
