für R e c h t erkannt:
Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 2.750,72 DM nebst 5,5 %
Zinsen seit dem 11.10.1978 zu zahlen. Im übrigen wird die Klage ab-
gewiesen.
Die Beklagte trägt die Kosten des Rechtsstreits.
Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung von 3.500,- - DM vorläufig
vollstreckbar.
